Mind Body Breathe

Learn and practice the most basic of all mental well-being skills, Breathing…. mindfully!

We run online classes over Zoom which last around 30mins. In each class you will learn and practice at least 3 different breathing techniques. We explain simply how to use your whole body to mindfully breathe and also why doing this regularly is really good for you. With regular practice, you can reduce stress, anxiety, and improve your overall mental well-being. Children of school age are welcome to participate with an accompanying paying adult.
